Virtual tour in Budapest city centre
Beaux-art architectural masterpieces in the heart of Pest
During this one hour long live virtual tour of Budapest we walk you through the heart of downtown Pest, which is one of the most interesting parts of Budapest’s city centre. During this hour-long live virtual tour we’ll introduce you to the second largest place of worship in Hungary. After that we walk across the Liberty square which is filled with tons of history allowing us to walk you through the Austro-Hungarian Dual Monarchy era and the Cold War until the political transition. The icing on the cake is the House of Parliament building which is one of the hundred wonders of the world and also listed by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The tour concludes by the river Danube with a wonderful view of the Buda Castle and the Chain bridge.
This tour can be a perfect complement to any of our virtual tours in the Buda Castle, or even to our historical Jewish quarter tour as this tour covers a different part of Pest side than the so-called Jewish quarter.
