Cancellation policy

This policy applies to all bookings made February 1, 2022 or later.

This page explains our Cancellation Policy. Any person, or organisation who books or places a booking offer for a tour on the Behind Budapest site (“You”)

	amount of refund
Cancellation 15 days or more from the tour start	full refund
Cancellation between 15 days and 7 days from the tour start	50% refund
Cancellation under 7 days from the tour start	No refund

You will receive a full refund of the tour price if You cancel at least 15 days before the start date of the tour. Timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the tour.

To qualify for a refund for a cancelled tour, you must contact Behind Budapest via email before the tour starts to behindbudapest@gmail.com

Behind Budapest may modify and amend this Cancellation Policy from time to time in its sole discretion. Behind Budapest will provide notice to You by posting such changes on the site.
